Opening this fall in Hillsboro Village, The Chloe Nashville is a stylish new boutique hotel set within two historic 1920s cottages with a storied musical past. The property features 19 uniquely designed guest rooms by Sara Ruffin Costello, a modern Creole restaurant and bar inspired by Gulf Coast and Southern fare, lush outdoor gardens by Gavin Duke, and a tranquil pool that offers an oasis in the neighborhood.

Created by acclaimed designer Sara Ruffin Costello, who also designed the original Chloe in New Orleans, our second location calls Hillsboro Village home—one of Nashville’s most interesting and dynamic neighborhoods.
Our two historic Craftsman cottages once housed pioneering music companies Asylum Records and Spirit Music, where songs by artists like Chris Stapleton and George Jones came to life. That creative energy still lingers today. Sara preserved the property’s character—brick floors, original windows, wood-paneled walls, and fireplaces—while layering in modern details that reflect Nashville’s evolving culture and design.
Each guest room offers whimsical touches from local artists and makers, creating spaces that feel like staying at a stylish friend’s home while offering a refreshing alternative to big-box hotels.
Local, classic Tennessee fare
The Chloe Nashville’s restaurant and bar blends New Orleans’ joie de vivre with Nashville’s warmth and hospitality to create a modern Southern dining experience. Helmed by Chef Matt Regan, formerly of Sylvain in New Orleans’ French Quarter, the menu features beloved Chloe classics alongside new dishes inspired by Nashville and the Gulf Coast.
From small plates perfect for sharing to hearty mains and nostalgic desserts, the menu is designed for gathering—encouraging guests to celebrate good food, good company, and the joy of shared experiences.
