Each month, The Chloe welcomes an Artist in Residence: someone whose work we admire and want to share.

Artists come from every discipline- writers, photographers, chefs, tattoo artists, musicians, designers, dancers, and beyond- and each residency is an invitation to experience their work in a different way.

This month, we're welcoming Ash Atterberry.

Join us for an evening that begins with a complimentary welcome cocktail and time to mingle before settling in. Ash will be joined by a moderator of her choosing for a conversation about her work, process, and creative life, followed by an audience Q&A.

Throughout the evening, guests will also have the opportunity to view a selection of Ash's ceramic work on display at The Chloe.

It's an evening designed for conversation, creativity, and meeting the artist behind the work.

Ash Atterberry of Handwings Ceramics is a Nashville based artist. Working primarily in handbuilt forms, she combines surface design and colorful storytelling to create functional and sculptural pieces. Originally from the flat lands of central Illinois, Ash has traveled and worked alongside clay artists across the U.S. and doing workshops of her own in her previous studio at Elephant Gallery. She recently just finished up a 6 month residency at Julia Martin Gallery and has worked with many beloved Nashville establishments and designers.
